THE MISSION OF PEPSI-COLA BOTTLERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. IS TO CONTINUOUSLY MONITOR AND REPRESENT THE MEMBERS' OPINIONS; PROVIDE PEPSICO, ITS DIVISIONS, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES (PEPSICO) WITH MEMBERS' VIEWPOINTS ON KEY ISSUES; DEVELOP JOINT STRATEGIC PLANS AND OTHER PROGRAMS WITH PEPSICO; FUNCTION AS AN INFORMATION RESOURCE BY COLLECTING AND ANALYZING INFORMATION FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE PEPSICO FRANCHISE; KEEP THE MEMBERS INFORMED; REPRESENT MEMBERS' INTERESTS ON LEGISLATIVE ISSUES; FACILITATE THE FORMATION OF COOPERATIVE ARRANGEMENTS AND CENTRALIZED PROCESSES; AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FACILITATE THE BUILDING AND PROTECTION OF THE FRANCHISE EQUITY OF ITS MEMBERS AS IT RELATES TO THE MANUFACTURING, SALE AND/OR DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTS UNDER CURRENT AND FUTURE AGREEMENTS WITH PEPSICO.
