Promotes art and independent artists that give more importance to free expression of creativity than to an interest in commercial art, and their artworks contributes to bring awareness to the community about themes related to sexual, racial, cultural, ethnic and functional diversity, and violence against women. Develops functional minds through arts to contribute dynamically and positively in the creation and growth of multicultural and violence-free communities for everyone.
