THE PURPOSE OF THE NEWPORT CAR MUSEUM IS TO ESTABLISH A CLASSIC CAR MUSEUM FOR THE PUBLIC AS WELL AS LIBRARIES TO REFERENCE THE DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF THESE VEHICLES. THE MUSEUM COLLECTS AND DISPLAYS AUTOMOBILES AND UNIQUE FURNITURE DESIGNS OF CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE, PRESERVE THEM, RESEARCH INTO THEM, AND PRESENT THEM, TO INSPIRE AND ENGAGE THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATION AND ENJOYMENT.
