THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 76 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS MAYFLOWER GARDENS II LOCATED IN LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS. THE CORPORATION RECEIVES HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 221(D)(3) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. DURING THE YEAR ENDED 2/28/21, THE MORTGAGE WAS PAID IN FULL.
