KTSA is committed to bring awareness to and prevention of teen suicide, aid those left behind in the aftermath of suicide, honor the life of Chad Harrell. After our 17 year old son, Chad Harrell, took his own life in June of 2017, the Keep The Spark Alive Foundation was established to bring much needed attention to depression/anxiety issues prevalent in our community’s young people and aid in the awareness, education and prevention of suicide, to assist not only those who struggle, but also the loved ones left behind in the aftermath of suicide. And, finally, to honor the life of our precious son, Chad Harrell.
