Elcho School Scholarship Fund Elcho School Scholarship Fund Mission Statement It is the goal of the Elcho School Scholarship Fund to provide scholarships to graduating seniors and alumni of the Elcho School District to assist them in their pursuit of higher education. Founded in 1985 we are a nonprofit organization of volunteers whose sole purpose is to raise funds for scholarships to Elcho students. Since then we have awarded well over 400000 to Elcho students. We accomplish this with fundraisers such as Our other sources are donations from individuals organizations or groups and bequests and memorials.
