The mission of JAM! is to "enrich life skills through the performing arts", developing such qualities in young people as leadership, dedication, responsibility, respect, perseverance, work ethic, and a com-mitment to a common goal. JAM! programs enrich the education, musical, and emotional growth of its members by employing a talented team of education professionals who will mentor each student's skill set. By instilling those traits in each member thru positive motivation and encouragement, the missions of JAM! and Encorps is to shape and inspire the lives of todays youth thru music performance.
