OUR MISSION: We provide equitable opportunities for socioeconomically disadvantaged youth to participate in elite, competitive, travel sports. OVERVIEW: Given the high participation costs, the rise of travel sports programs has unfortunately resulted in a new youth-sports-ecosystem that robs many talented athletes from socially or financially disadvantaged households of the opportunity to participate. ESIF provides athletic scholarships to individuals to help subsidize the participation costs of travel sports, helping ensure a wider variety of talented young athletes have the opportunity to benefit from the development and exposure associated with club league play. We are creating equity within today’s youth sports landscape.

Participation in travel programs also known as club sports can be very beneficial for young athletes resulting in skills development higher learning opportunities and positive social development alike.
