Contact Us The mission of the Healthcare Engineers Society of Northern Illinois HESNI is to advance the role of the healthcare facilities services professional. This is done through the development and promotion of educational networking and professional collaboration opportunities for our members. HESNI is the premiere resource for hospitals and their professional affiliates to develop solutions to local regional national advocacy issues and to provide professional development mentoring networking to our membership. Founded originally in 1968 and reestablished in 2004 HESNI is a local affiliate chapter of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers ASHE.
