It is our belief that socioeconomic standing should never be a barrier to health healing or wellness. We have created and offer at no cost a variety of programs that blend together holistic healing practices with healthy living strategies to significantly help reduce Stress Anxiety and Depression symptoms. We also offer a partially subsidized Yoga Teacher Training Program that is certified by the Yoga Alliance.
