NURTURE AND ENCOURAGE ARTS IN THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING FACILITIES FOR THE ARTS, INCLUDING STUDIO SPACE FOR CLASSES, GALLERY SPACE FOR EXHIBITS AND SALES, AND COORDINATING THE ANNUAL OLD FLORIDA CELEBRATION OF THE ARTS FESTIVAL
