An open-source social robot and controller platform to support wellness programming, education, research, entertainment or whatever makes the world a better place www.peerbots.org Peerbots provides a proxy for in-person therapy and education; it is a tool to support people who are struggling to interact via tele-health and distance learning platforms. The Peerbots app enhances engagement by giving remote therapists and educators a physical presence with a person, helping people and families make more real-time progress in virtual learning and therapeutic environments. The Peerbots app is also used in face-to-face interactions, described in the following section.
