We do this through providing information and education about rights and resources supporting professionals in the field and building community. We aim to partner individuals with special needs families and professionals in the field together for a collaborative approach. OUR HISTORY SCSNC was founded in June 2020 by the mother of a child with Hydrocephalus and Autism.
