Nicholes Neighbors Changing the world one day at a time Nicholes Neighbors What We Do Nicholes Neighbors a nonprofit charity is about helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities IDD achieve success in the community whether its providing accessible and affordable housing or helping with basic needs. Our Story Nicholes Neighbors was founded in 2020 by a group of concerned and engaged parents and stakeholders. Our goal is to renovate or build 2 homes per year in the Kansas City area. Each home designed or renovated to be accessible and remain affordable.
