We deliver compassionate care for patients of all ages in Collier County through some of life’s most challenging transitions. We’re a non-profit provider of hospice, palliative care, and grief support services. We create peace of mind by providing compassionate care and support to those who need us. People of all ages turn to Avow for various kinds of support. As a result, we cast our mission statement to define our 'customers' as "those who need us;" similarly, we defined the universal service we provide as "creating peace of mind." Some people we help are terminally ill, others are grieving. Some need education on how to be a compassionate caregiver. Some are children working through a loss. Because there is such variety in our clients and why they turn to us, we think our mission statement explains what we universally work to provide: peace of mind.

On Tuesday, May 27th, our Avow team gathered for a Memorial Day All-Staff Picnic — a joyful afternoon filled with food, fun, and connection. At Avow, celebration and collaboration are more than core values — they’re part of how we care for each other every day. We work hard in service to our mission, and we also recognize the importance of pausing to share a meal and meaningful moments with our colleagues.
