Enco United Soccer Club
Enco United Soccer Club is a non-profit organization, registered under Internal Revenue Code Β§501(c)(3), with the Employer Identification Number (EIN) 80-078-9053.
History
The club was founded in 1994 and is based in Easton, Pennsylvania. It serves as a home club for players throughout Northampton County and surrounding areas, including communities in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
Programs and Operations
Enco United offers year-round soccer training and competitive programs, focusing on developing players in all elements of soccer skills, game tactics, and game psychology. The club aims to promote player self-esteem, dedication, and sportsmanship. Enco United fields teams in various leagues, such as the Lehigh Valley Youth Soccer League (LVYSL), Delco Soccer League, and MAPS (Mid Atlantic Premier Soccer). The club is associated with the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association (EPYSA) and U.S. Club Soccer.
Coaching Staff
All head coaches at Enco United must hold at least a USSF "D" license or its equivalent. The club's Director of Coaching is Tim Hall, who holds a USSF "A" License and an NSCAA "Premier" License. Coach Hall is also the head coach of Easton Area High School Boys and Girls Varsity Soccer programs and serves as a State coach for the U-19 Girls Pennsylvania State Select/ODP program. The club also has affiliations with current college coaches, college players, and former professional players, providing additional training and clinics.
Facilities
Enco United utilizes the FOE Eagles Complex and local school fields for its activities.
Cost and Fees
The cost to play varies by year and team. Registration fees cover league registration, referee fees, coaching fees, and other expenses. Additional fees may be charged for optional programs like goalkeeper training and strength and conditioning training.
Scholarships and Refund Policy
The club offers scholarship opportunities for families facing financial hardships, subject to approval by the board. The refund policy is stringent, with fees generally being non-refundable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for season-ending injuries or family relocations during the season.
