The mission of Positive HealthProject, a member driven organization, is to provide a safe haven and improvethe health status of drug users, sex workers, and people who engage in survivalsex, especially those who identify as LGBTQ or MSM, and engage in otherbehaviors that put them or our community at risk. PHP does this by providing prevention, socialand clinical services and public health education, based on the model of harmreduction.
