Lifting Up Westchester WELCOME From Lifelines to Lasting Change Our mission is to provide lifechanging support to people who have lost their housing or are struggling to meet other basic needs. We partner with those we serve to build a more secure future for themselves and their families. We are on a mission to uplift people restore their wellbeing and strengthen their independence. Each year we touch the lives of 3000 men women and children who are facing homelessness hunger and extreme poverty.

What better way to kick off #NationalVolunteerMonth than by celebrating incredible acts of service. 💙 Huge thanks to the team at Mast-Jägermeister for assembling 70 care packages filled with essentials like hand sanitizer, socks, snacks, toothbrushes, and more. These will be distributed across our shelters & Community Central, offering comfort and care to our neighbors in need.
