Southfair CDC - Revitalizing The South Dallas Community
SouthFair CDC was formed in 1991 and incorporated as a 501(C)(3) nonprofit corporation in 1993 dedicated to the revitalization of South Dallas. SouthFair's mission is to improve the quality of life for the residents of South Dallas through the promotion of neighborhood revitalization. Revitalization efforts primarily takes form through the development of affordable housing, economic activity, and the provision of needed support services.
