To teach, train, instruct, and expose children, men and women in the ancient art, craft and history of Hawaiian canoeing; To provide the means, equipment, and facilities for canoe activities tending to foster the development and maintenance of strong and healthy minds, bodies, and spirit among all people; To provide opportunities for the interaction and communion of people in the interest of mental and social wellbeing.

'Imi Ola Canoe Club Imi Ola translates To Seek the Best Life When selecting the name of Imi Ola canoe club it was in the midst of the Covid19 pandemic. During these trying times there were many challenges and changes that life had endured. As we work our way out of the pandemic we learned that life is a precious gift and that every day we need to seize the opportunities available to us and enjoy our best life.
