To reduce the number of homeless cats and dogs in Eastern Iowa and beyond through a foster to forever home program. All animals are placed in foster homes, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dogs are heartworm tested, medical care is provided if needed. These things are done before the animals are adopted to forever homes. In the year 2023, approximately 285 dogs and cats were placed into their forever homes through our foster-based rescue.
