The Foundation is also committed to supporting civic causes primarily affecting the communities of Lake County and Sumter County in Central Florida. Created by Cay Jacobsen to help fulfill the dreams she shared with her husband Hans the Foundation is overseen by a Board of Trustees whose commitment is to find and fund those programs and organizations promoting the Jacobsens passion and vision. What We Do We match up deserving charities with grants that give them the funds to help at risk and in need youth.
