Harlem Speech Works is a Non-Profit organization created to provide free or reduced speech and literacy services to children who would otherwise go without intervention. Our organization’s mission is to decrease the number of minority school-aged children needing speech therapy and literacy support services. Our organization aims to close the gap between children at and below poverty level and more affluent children needing intervention services. Harlem Speech Works wants to close The 30 million-word gap!
