Young Catholic Professionals

Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that aims to integrate Catholic faith with professional life, fostering a community of young professionals in the United States.

History and Mission

Young Catholic Professionals was founded in 2010 by Jennifer Baugh, who is now the organization's founder and advisor. The organization's mission is to promote Catholic values in the workplace and encourage young professionals to align their faith with their careers. This is encapsulated in their mission to "Work in Witness for Christ."

Activities and Programs

YCP operates a network of over 34 chapters across the United States. The organization offers several programs designed to support career development and spiritual growth:

• Belong: A membership platform that combines professional networking with faith-based mentorship. Members have access to exclusive events, virtual and in-person networking opportunities, and content aimed at professional and spiritual development.
• Mentorship: Experienced Catholic professionals guide YCP members through a mentorship program, providing career advice and spiritual guidance.
• Networking Events: YCP hosts various events, including an annual National Conference, to connect members and provide opportunities for career advancement and spiritual enrichment.

Jennifer Baugh serves as the founder and advisor. The current operations are overseen by a team including executive leadership positions such as Executive Director and Chief of Staff.
