Their visit is part of a special program hosted by SVMC to support Cinthia and Constanza as they prepare their hospital for Magnet designation. While at APD, they toured the hospital and participated in the Coordinating Council and Clinical Practice Council, where they exchanged ideas and learned more about shared governance, transformational leadership, and mentorship in practice.
