I am Teen Strong supports teen girls and their families by providing mental health awareness, education, and resources to help find positive solutions to mental health (depression, anxiety, eating disorder, etc.) and social issues (bullying, pressure to be perfect, peer pressure, etc.) as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
