Our partners at the Official City of Lewiston, Maine have launched a great new campaign called This is Lewiston! Evernorth is proud to have funded parts of Lewiston’s transformation through investment in the Picker House Lofts and Wedgwood Apartments, creating a combined 154 new affordable homes for individuals and families! Picker House Lofts, which cut the ribbon last week, creates 72 homes breathing new life into the historic Continental Mill. Wedgewood Apartments is the rehab of the historic Wedgewood House and the new construction of 82 affordable homes across nine buildings.
