Our mission is to help adolescents diagnosed with autism transition into adulthood by teaching them the life skills necessary to achieve and maintain independence. Examples of the skills we teach: • Understanding the concept of money • Following a structured morning and evening routine • Skills to obtain and maintain employment • Social communication skills • Skills to communicate personal data, both written and verbal • Retail exchange skills, both as retailer and consumer • Community signage and symbols (warning, informational and safety)
