The Section 166 programs are designed to support employment and training activities in order to develop more fully academic occupational and literacy skills make individuals more competitive in the workforce and promote economic and social development in accordance with the goals and values of such communities. 02 Who We Serve We serve eligible American Indians Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians residing in Oklahoma County. 03 Our Mission To provide the highest quality employment and training services that allow for growth and potential towards a path of selfsufficiency to American Indians Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians residing in Oklahoma County.
