Established as a nonprofit in 1976, on land leased from Point Reyes National Seashore in Bolinas, Ca Commonweal is dedicated to human well-being and the protection of the planet. Our programs advance research, inform policy decisions, promote healing, educate and create community through a program focus in three areas: Health and Healing, Environment and Justice, and Education and the Arts.
