IS TO PROVIDE REGIONAL VETERANS WITH A FREE FLIGHT TO WASHINGTON D.C. TO VISIT THE WAR MEMORIALS ERECTED IN THEIR HONOR, AND TO PROVIDE PHYSICAL ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
