The Castaways are a 100% voluntary, non-profit organization comprised of fun-loving, mission-driven volunteers focused on fighting cancer. We paddle and cycle. Kayaking, cycling, and running from Miami to Key West to fund cancer research & honor those who have fought the fight. Over $2.5M raised since 2000 thanks to our supporters. The Castaways Against Cancer are focused on funding cancer research and honoring those who have fought the fight.
