Veterans Transition Center of California | Veteran Organization | California, USA

Our mission is “to empower Veterans to move from crises to self-sufficiency". The Veterans Transition Center of California (VTC) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization whose mission is to help Veterans transition from crisis to self-sufficiency. We provide comprehensive wraparound services for Veterans facing housing insecurity, food, clothing, case management, job development, benefits assistance, mental health resources, substance abuse counseling, and community engagement opportunities. We provide rehabilitation programs to incarcerated veterans, preparing them to be successful as they transition to parole. Our goal is to empower residents to feel confident as they reintegrate into civilian life, and reach "Functional Zero" where no veteran is forced to be homeless.
