Home Page - Rocky Mountain Inclusive Connections We Are Rocky Mountain Inclusive Connections. We are a Christianbased nonprofit organization started in March of 2024. We started to help bridge the gap that exists for young adults with special needs transitioning from high school to young adulthood. Our founders have all experienced firsthand how difficult this transition can be and how the lack of support with social skills and life skills training impacts and limits these individuals.
