Little Miss African American is an educational program in a pageant format. A 501 (C)(3)Corp. LITTLE MISS AFRICAN AMERICAN is first and foremost an EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM in a PAGEANT FORMAT. It is This educational program is dedicated to empowering young ladies between the ages of six through 12 with a CAP—Confidence, Awareness and Pride—to prepare them to be the leaders of tomorrow. LMAA uses a pageant format to provide girls with an early introduction to the arts . They receive instruction not only in the classroom but also through workshops, field-trips and experiences.
