We are a nonprofit organization providing pre-employment transition services, supported employment, job shadowing, work based learning experiences, job coaching and support services to vulnerable populations with a focus on individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to educate, enrich and empower vulnerable populations with an emphasis on individuals with disabilities to take the lead and unlock their potential.
