The Salty Dog Foundation was created in honor of Lt. Kelsey Sadler, a Baltimore City Fire Fighter who was killed in the line of duty on Jan. 24, 2022.
Kelsey was also known for her love of all animals, especially dogs. Salty Dog will provide financial contributions for emotional support and service dogs for our first responders, active military and veterans. This will be Kelsey’s way to continue to shine her bright light to the heroes that have already given so much to their communities.

The Salty DogFoundation HOME MEET THE TEAM EVENTS DONATE SHOP GET INVOLVED Our First Responders and military service personnel have one of the most mentally physically and emotionally demanding careers. These individuals are faced with unknowns every day. Their selfsacrificing dedication and demanding work schedules ultimately result in missed time with family sporting events holidays etc. These brave men and women courageously face dangerous situations risking their own lives to make a difference to strangers in their time of need.
