TO EDUCATE PARENTS TO BECOME MORE INVOLVED IN THE EDUCATION AND EMPOWERMENT OF THE LIVES OF THEIR CHILDREN, THEIR FAMILY AND THEIR FRIENDS. PARENTS ARE THE FIRST TEACHERS OF THEIR CHILDREN AND THE ORGANIZATION HELPS WITH WHAT THEY WANT TO LEARN AS A FAMILY MODEL BY CONNECTING THEM WITH RESOURCES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.

We ended the year at Johnson High School with a celebration of everything Parent University stands for—community, growth, and the power of being seen. Shraddha Nunziata, Parent and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Savannah-Chatham County Public School System put it best: “Parent University makes parents feel heard. ” Thank you to the families, facilitators, schools, and vendors who showed up all year long.
