To maintain an association of persons interested in the Lincoln Public Library, to stimulate use of the Library's resources and services, to encourage community involvement in Library programs and events, to raise funds to support the Library and supplement its budget, to assist the Library's trustees and staff with the administration, maintenance and development of Library services and facilities.
