Minnie H. Goodlow Page is a Section of the National Council of Negro Women, Incorporated. We are based in the greater Dallas, TX area. Our service mission, consisting of education, empowerment and leadership is built upon the foundation of our legacy. Its mission is to lead, advocate for, and empower women of African descent, their families and communities.
