Central New York's Spay/Neuter Assistance Program - CNY SNAP CNY SNAP Central New Yorks SpayNeuter Assistance Program Welcome Central New Yorks Spay Neuter Assistance Program CNY SNAP is an allvolunteer nonprofit 501c3 organization. We are committed to offering affordable spayneuter services and finding loving homes for cats and kittens through our adoption program in Cortland and with PetSmart in DeWitt. We rely on grants adoptions and donations for our funding. Our core mission is to create a positive impact in our community by addressing the issue of cat and dog overpopulation in Central New York.
