New Beginnings Community Outreach Center is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that aims to help at-risk youth and their families through offering counseling and educational programs that have a personal touch. Our organization address the growing issues of suicide, alcohol and substance abuse, violence and delinquency among youth. Everyone is welcomed. Our Motto Scripture is Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. When you do it unto the least, you do it unto me.
