Our Stand Down events serve as a one stop destination for the homeless Veterans of our community to receive the services and support that they so desperately need. At these events we provide our Veterans relief from the elements by providing temporary shelter, warm bedding, and hot meals. With their basic necessities of shelter and food being met, they can focus on working with our providers outlined below to begin their journey out of homelessness Medical and first aid services Dental services Vision and chiropractic services Housing referral services Mental health counseling and P.T.S.D. services Employment aid and job counseling Legal support and Court services DMV Social Security benefits VA benefits
