Crystal Axe Charities Inc
Crystal Axe Charities, Inc. ('CAC') is a Wisconsin nonstock, nonprofit corporation formed in 2023 that is governed by its volunteer board of directors. CAC works to bring together business, philanthropic, individual, and community leaders to deliver funding and other resources to Section 501(c)(3) public charities. CAC's primary Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt activity is to operate as a grant-making organization that strategically makes grants to other Section 501(c)(3) public charities. At this time, CAC anticipates that substantially all of its time and resources will be allocated to its primary activity of distributing funds through contributions, gifts, and grants to such Code Section 501(c)(3) public charities that are chosen by CAC's board of directors. CAC's board of directors will oversee this grant-making program.

More importantly money was raised for The Crystal Axe Charities Inc 501c3 supporting each states charity. That said we are happy to announce the 3rd annual Border Battle for Better on June 18th.
