CCHC is a network of community-based health clinics that serve uninsured and OHP patients. THE MISSION OF THE COALITION OF COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINICS IS TO IMPROVE HEALTHCARE FOR VULNERABLE POPULATIONS RESIDING IN THE PORTLAND-METRO AREA. WE STRENGTHEN COMMUNITY CLINICS, PROMOTE HEALTH EQUITY, AND FOSTER COLLABORATION ACROSS THE SAFETY-NET DELIVERY SYSTEM.
