We believe that children can achieve by inspiring them to Dream More, Learn More, Care More, and Be More by focusing on programs in youth literacy and early childhood experiences.

Were on a mission to change that. We are the home of Dolly Partons Imagination Library in Hampton Roads. By providing free highquality ageappropriate books to children each month we inspire a love of reading that will lay the foundation for literacy and learning for a lifetime.
