The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States internal revenue law), and Section 11.18 of the Texas Tax Code. The Corporation shall exists for the purpose of: Educating the African and Black Diaspora about personal wellness and resources available for self-development and improvement; Uplifting and building community among members of the African and Black Diaspora worldwide; Facilitating educational and culturally affirming travel opportunities for members of the African and Black Diaspora; Showcasing Black joy, success, entrepreneurship, and the stories of members of the African and Black Diaspora living within and outside the United States; and Providing resources, research and community support to empower members of the African and Black Diaspora to make informed decisions regarding migration.
