Members of the California Latino Legislative Caucus established the California Latino Caucus Institute (CLCI) in 2002 as a 501-c 3 non-profit, non-partisan educational organization dedicated to developing the next generation of public policy leaders in California. CLCI focuses on charitable pursuits that further public understanding of public policy, education, commerce and economic development that develop stronger healthier California communities via leadership training programs of public officials and community leaders.
