Shower Power, Inc.
Supporting New Yorkers who lack regular access to items that help maintain good hygiene/prevent illnesses #universalselfcare Dedicated to providing clean, safe, and convenient hygiene resources to all in NYC who want them. We believe there is a clear linkage between hygiene and health outcomes, and that everyone deserves the opportunity to have access to goods and resources that would reduce their risk of illness or other preventable health issues. Shower Power, Inc. will serve as a much-needed conduit to: (a) provide individuals in need with the resources they need to effectively and regularly care for themselves, regardless of their living situation; and (b) ensure that our service community has all of the resources and knowledge they need in order to the same. This ranges from distribution of hygiene products to those in need or developing operational mobile shower vehicles, to encouraging and assisting with the distribution of feminine hygiene products at local soup kitchens and shelters.
