Founder of IH2 Foundation, public speaker, writer. IH2 is dedicated to helping individuals heal from unresolved trauma and pain in their lives. The IH2 Foundation exists to help first responders who are in crisis from the calls the have run, the hurt and pain they feel from seeing death and from the shame they feel when their own departments don't know how to support and care for them.
